View Course DescriptionsERG UniversityTM provides ongoing training opportunities for leaders and executive sponsors to gain core competencies and confidence in their respective roles.
All courses are delivered online - no travel required.
Offered in multiple time zones, the courses are taught by ELA’s faculty of Certified Expert ERG Trainers, ERG University courses are offered throughout the year in three trimesters: September to November, January to March, and April to June.
Each trimester offers a variety of high quality, efficient and “learn as you do” courses that ELA otherwise teaches in private/single organization sessions and ERG Leadership Summits.
