ELA's certification is based on successful completion - including supporting documentation - of ELA's proprietary Oversight Excellence Rubric. This isn't a check-the-box, get-a-certificate process - you'll actively demonstrate and provide evidence of your understanding.

How it Works
- Certification candidates complete ELA's Oversight Excellence rubric independently.
- Optional monthly office hour support sessions available for help, questions and accountability.
- Candidates submit their completed Rubric for review by an ELA expert. If there are issues, candidates can meet with the expert for 30 minutes to discuss and resubmit a second and final time.
- Upon successful completion, newly certified Oversight Managers are sent a printable certificate and optional badge for display in emails or online.
