ERG Leader Certification: $349
Group leaders are guided to think through and document group structure, operating processes, program planning and stakeholder engagement. Experienced leaders identify opportunities to improve group governance and their own professional development.Â
Program Oversight Manager Certification:
$499 for OMG Members, $899 for non-members
ERG Oversight Certification is geared for DEI/HR professionals who manage the overall groups in their organizations. This certification demonstrates management competency and functional governance.Â
Expert ERG Trainer Certification: $2995

Many ERG oversight managers and DEI consultants are eager to become Certified ERG Expert Trainers so they can use the ELA curriculum to train leaders in their own organization or at their clients, and to be eligible to be part of ELA's Training Faculty!
Certified Confidence Coach: $599
In partnership with the American Confidence Institute. No previous coaching experience required.
This certification provides a focused, accessible pathway to become a confidence coach, equipping participants with tools, insights, and practical experience to coach others in boosting their confidence.
