Carrie: Jenny & Krysten have been my main supports as we worked to bring our ERG from dream to fruition. They are forever considerate and mindful of our mission and how we can do more for the women we work with.
ELA: What impact did Jenny & Krysten have on you with this specific action?
Carrie: Knowing that I was not on this mission alone and that I have two such incomparable partners in this endeavor have really helped to keep my focus even when challenges come our way.
ELA: What impact did this have on others?
Carrie: They set amazing examples for other women in our industry. They are bold and daring, hard-working, and compassionate.
ELA: Why was this action unique or especially challenging to accomplish?
Carrie: Getting a women's ERG up and running in a heavily male-dominated company in a male-dominated field is not easy. They are tireless and unabashed in their commitment to paving the way for the women that shall follow in their footsteps.
